Add TAQ comparison to Compressed Name Controls

Due to our inability to control the completeness of the names provided by external financial institutions, it is likely that name tampering—whether intentional or unintentional—by these institutions may prevent us from accurately assessing the lists, resulting in compliance issues or penalties for our bank.

Based on the current operation of the GNM scanning engine, when the query name is QEMATALNAJAH GENERAL TRADING LLC and the data name is QEMAT ALNAJAH GENERAL TRADING LLC, the compression comparison will exclude the detected TAQ from the process. As a result, we are left with QEMATALNAJAHGENERALTRADINGLLC comparing against QEMATALNAJAHGENERAL.

However, in reality, the only difference between the query name and the data name is a few spaces; all other characters are identical. The score derived from such a situation should be 1; otherwise, it would not be detected.

It is recommended that the Compressed Name Controls allow users to choose whether to exclude detected TAQ. This would increase the flexibility of using the Compressed Name Controls and result in more effective scanning outcomes.
