Views display varies per user

We have noticed that some cube views (precisely those that use the }Clients dimension) vary on the display depending on the user. This is because Column sizes are associated with MUNs not position.

So we find ourselves with a different refinement between the users which affects the design and the use of the application. Because for some the columns of these views are clear and large but for others they are not so it does not facilitate their work.
