Full Entity Framework Support through DB2 Connect (Code First / Migrations)

In another RFE/Idea (IBMI-I-1135) asked for EF support to be delivered and the response was to use DB2 Connect. We do use db2 connect to get what support there is for EF but one of the critical pieces missing is code first and migrations.

This support is available for LUW/z but not DB2 for i. As we move towards more containerizations of applications the lack of support for this is causing requests to use alternative databases that do support this.
