Thanks for the comment! I've managed to be able to download asset attachment via data api.
However, the query string `{"query":"*:*"}` for asset types search works but may I use an actual lucene query syntax like `{"query":"asset-name":"xxx.csv"}`?
Here are comments from dev:
It is already possible to get list of all data assets in catalog via search API https://console.bluemix.net/apidocs/1084-watson-data-api?&language=node#introduction. (see https://api.dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com/v2/cams/explorer/#!/Asset_Types/searchNewAssetV2 for executable swagger). Please provide following query string {"query":"*:*"} and set type_name in the path to data_asset.
To download content for the data asset with objects stored in IBM COS users can use attachement API https://console.bluemix.net/apidocs/1084-watson-data-api?&language=node#retrieve-all-attributes (https://api.dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com/v2/cams/explorer/#!/Attachments/retrieveAttachmentNewV2 for executable swagger) to get signed S3 URL for COS object referenced by asset attachment. This S3 singed URL can be used to download the object from IBM COS.
