Provide status tags for assets such as model ready-for-approval or exclude-from-git

A client is wants to document the lifecycle of a model

   The following model lifecycles shall be provided:
   -   under development
   -   ready for approval
   -   approved / published

A asset can be published or included in a deployment release. But approval status is not implemented. Not everything that got pushed to git is ready for deployment.

Furthermore, a user may want to generally exclude certain files from git push. Some IDEs provide simple flags like "exclude from git" but that's missing in DSX/WatsonStudio
