Hydro Quebec is requesting this functionality for their enterprise search capabilities driven by Watson Discovery where search results would only be returned if the user has access to the content. This would prevent unauthorized access of documents and/or content via Watson Discovery collections queries and integrated Watson Assistant Search skills.
Agree with Dave Murrells below. We should eat ass much of our own dog food as we can eat while enabling this capability.

as this would potentially allow a broader ecosystem of tools to provide the role of WKC (e.g. IGC). Obviously that would need work on both sides though.
