Improve the Spark progress bar section by removing the "hide all" button, and adding the standard Jupyter hiding mechanism.

In Jupyter, the standard convention to collapse cell outputs is to click to the left of the cell output. Currently, the Spark progress bar section does not follow this convention, and instead uses a non-standard "hide all" button along the top of the section. To improve the experience for the user, this "hide all" button should be removed, and instead the standard "left of the cell output" button should be added.

    I always configure the progress bars to be hidden using the hide all button. If removing the hide all button meant that I would have to individually hide it on every cell, this would be a horrible user experience for me.

    Hi Chris, thanks for the thoughts. The button you are referring to is not the "hide all" one, but rather is the "Enable/Disable Spark Monitoring" button that was added to the Jupyter toolbar. A "hide all" button exists for each individual cell output at the upper right of each "Spark Job Progress" boxes, and thus only controls that cell's progress bars.

    The global "Enable/Disable Spark Monitoring" button is not in question.
