Allow for auto-generated names of WDP assets

We seem to have adopted a convention where every dataset, notebook, pipeline, connector, etc. requires a user-supplied name before it can be created. I can see where the names are valuable in a large project over time but when you're just getting started they can be a needless impediment. Many of my names are something of the form "i-hate-naming-this-thing" :)

I'd like to see WDP generate a name when one is not supplied. Docker's container name generator is a good example of something that yields a more memorable name than a UUIDv4, while still minimizing the number of decisions a user has to make to get started.

Adam, can you expand upon this requirement? Do you mean that you do not want to have to name something like a Notebook when you are creating it? So, we auto-populate this field intelligently and give you the option to rename?
