Provide convenient way for user to track status of requested notifications

Currently in the PDT feature, since download or preview of PDT asset can take a long time, user has option to click on "Notify Me" button to be sent a notification when the download or preview is ready. The user would then go to the notification log to find the notification (amongst potentially many other notifications from projects) and follow the link provided to preview the asset or download the file.

New idea:

For notifications that the user specifically requested, provide an easy way for user to track the status of only those targeted notifications.

For example, here are some scenarios where user can request notification:
