Watson Studio does not support IAM Access Groups / Resource Groups

Watson Studio has its own Admin Console which has its own "Access Control" section which can be used to assign privileges to users of Watson Studio / Watson Knowledge Catalog.

Right now it only supports assigning Viewer or Admin privileges for Watson Knowledge Catalog. By default all users get Viewer privileges for WKC.

When the "Access Control" user interface in Watson Admin Console is used to assign "Admin" privileges for WKC it effectively assigns "Writer" service privileges in IAM to the user.

I had already put Florian into an Authorization Group which has Writer access for WKC instances in us-south within the "data-movement-resource-group" which should have given him the approriate access Watson Admin Console assigns for the WKC Admin role.

However Watson Admin Console did not detect that Florian already has the privileges and still listed him with Viewer privileges. When assigning him the Admin role in Watson Admin Console he was assigned Writer privileges in IAM on his individual user profile for all WKC instances in all regions in all resource groups.

I think there is lack of support for both Authorization Groups and Resource Groups in Watson Admin Console today.
