Expose key capabilities via API to enable embedding in external product UI

The Watson data platform needs to expose all capabilities required to define a connection between a data source and Discovery, select the desired data elements to extract, transform the data, send to Discovery for ingestion, and maintain ongoing data synchronization via APIs. Exposing these capabilities as APIs would enable the user experience to be driven seamlessly from Discovery tooling and prevent users from having to sign up for and use a variety of disparate services to bring the content they need into Discovery.

The requirement is to allow to create, update and execute a Data Flow which contains Data Discovery as a target and any supported Data Source as source via API. This API will be invoked from the Watson Discovery Tooling. We have this item covered under https://bigblue.aha.io/features/DRBE-1
