Enable detecting and processing of updated content in a data source

The data platform needs to provide support for enabling end user applications build on Discovery to automatically process updates to any content in a data source they have already ingested data from so that updated content is sent and ingested into Discovery. This enables Discovery application end users to utilize the latest version of all data source content in their application without becoming aware of be hindered by instances where someone references content in a data source that is different than the same content in their Discovery application.

    With the scheduling option for metadata import it is possible to refresh metadata periodically.
