Enhance project / deployment spaces overview options

When the CP4D user number grows so does the number of projects and deployment spaces. We want to use tags to filter the view of all projects so that we can summarize the usage of the platform per team / use case. There isn't an option to filter projects or spaces neither through the usual "All projects / spaces" view nor the Monitoring section.

The spaces view seems to be a bit more developed at the moment it would also be nice to have a parity between those views.

Another thing that I think is missing is the summary of the storage utilization of a project / space on the platform.

This would allow us to have a much better overview of the current activity on the platform.

Please include the options to filter projects / spaces view by tags and add a metric of storage utilization.
