Request for clarification of minimum supported browser versions for Software Hub

[Background]
For the various versions of Software Hub, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge are supported, and the “latest available versions or the latest versions approved by the company” are recommended.
On the other hand, in constrained environments such as offline environments, it is not always straightforward to keep browsers fully up to date, and our client finds it difficult in actual operations to determine from the official information which browser versions can appropriately be assumed as a prerequisite for using Software Hub.
In support case TS020845147, I was informed that the development team does not perform tests for specific browser versions, and that, beyond recommending the latest versions, no additional information is available.

[Request details]
I would be grateful if you could clearly specify the browser version support policy in the official documentation in one of the following forms.

* Specify the minimum supported version for each browser.
* Alternatively, define a policy-based rule.
Example: Treat as supported those browser versions that were released on or after the release date of a specific version of Software Hub.

[Expected benefits]
* The rationale for requesting browser updates will become clearer, making it easier to build consensus and plan upgrade schedules.
* During incident isolation, it will become possible to quickly determine whether a browser is outside the scope of support, which will also help streamline interactions with IBM support.
