Add User Access Reporting for Product Entitlements and Permissions

Administrators need a supported UI-based reporting capability in Data Product Hub to list which users have access to which products for audit purposes.

Currently, administrators need a consolidated view that shows user access across products, services, and platform capabilities. The report should identify the users who have access, the products they can access, the roles or permissions assigned, and whether access is granted directly or inherited through group membership.

This information is required to support audit reviews, access validation, and periodic user access certification activities. Without a centralized UI report, administrators may need to manually review users, groups, roles, and product-level access across multiple areas, which increases administrative effort and may result in incomplete audit evidence.

The requested enhancement is to provide a built-in UI report in Data Product Hub that allows administrators to generate and export user access information for audit purposes.

The report should include, where available:

  • User name or user ID

  • Email address

  • Products the user can access

  • Assigned role or permission level

  • Whether access is directly assigned or inherited through group membership

  • Group name granting access, if applicable

  • User status, such as active or inactive

  • Last login or last activity date

  • Export capability for audit evidence

The report should be accessible through the Data Product Hub UI and should support filtering or searching by user, product, role, group, access type, and user status. Export options such as CSV or Excel would help administrators provide evidence during internal and external audits.

This enhancement would improve audit readiness, simplify access reviews, reduce manual administrative work, and provide clearer visibility into who has access to which products in Data Product Hub.
