Improve Spark application log retrieval performance and navigation in IBM Software Hub to reduce delays and enhance usability

Currently, there are significant delays when trying to locate Spark application logs through the IBM Software Hub file browser interface, and the navigation experience is severely limited. This impacts developer productivity and troubleshooting efficiency.

**Why is it useful?**
- Reduces time spent waiting for log searches to complete
- Eliminates frustration of having to restart navigation from root every time
- Improves developer productivity during debugging sessions
- Enables faster incident response and root cause analysis
- Critical for production support and troubleshooting workflows

**Who would benefit?**
- Data engineers working with Spark applications
- DevOps teams troubleshooting production issues
- Support teams investigating incidents
- Developers debugging Spark jobs

**How should it work?**
- Implement indexed log search capabilities for faster retrieval
- Add breadcrumb navigation with clickable parent folders to go back without starting over
- Provide browser back button support or "up one level" navigation
- Add caching mechanisms for frequently accessed logs
- Provide filtering options to narrow down search scope before retrieval
- Consider implementing a dedicated log API endpoint optimized for search operations
- Add pagination or streaming for large log files to improve initial load times
