CSV format should cover all properties of Business Glossary to import them outside of catalog in CP4D V2.5 or later.

CP4D V2.1 allows Data Steward to import categories and business terms by using not only CSV format but also XML/XMI outside of catalog. XML/XMI format covers all properties of business glossary.

But CP4D 2.5 supports only CSV format which covers a part of properties about Category and Business term.
