Add choice of enable and disable autosave on dashboard

Analytics dashboard in CP4D V2.5 has autosave function. But in V2.1 it didn't have it.
We think it will be happened that user save unexpected operations when user close dashboard without explicit save, in spite of user think operations he done are not saved.
To avoid the situation, we want to the choice of enable and disable autosave on dashboard.

    Customer wants this feature implement June / Sept 2020 release.

    This auto save feature is based on Watson Studio platform design philosophy. Update in this feature need consideration and coordination across all product experiences on the platform.
