Horrible experience with IBM Cloud and Watson Studio end to end provisioning

The With Watson team (Swami Chandrasekaran) tried to re-create this experience around a  cloud provisioning scenario for a GSI:

Per Swami's experience:

Over the last month or so, I took upon the task of putting myself in the shoes of a partner / client incl a GSI, go thru an end to end experience of setting up a IBM Cloud account and specifically Studio with my own personal email ID. Here is the summary,

- Took more than 48 hours for the IBM Cloud to get activated and this was after a ticket I had to open with support (Ticket #: CS0011068).

- After the account got activated, from the IBM Cloud web console, provisioning the the Watson services was alright and went per plan. But the console was pretty darn slow and not an experience we want our clients to see.
