I support this idea in principle.
I’m surprised that there is no reference in SYSIBM.SYSPACKAGE, I’m sure there is a lot of customer code out there that generates BIND Cards and would not think to look in SYSACCEL.SYSACCELERATEDPACKAGES, to determine BIND options.
Separating the Data out to a side Table might be necessary, because the data is different, but providing a link indicating this would be useful especially since this is “additional data” – Bind cards can still be constructed from SYSPACKAGE alone but would miss out on the Accelerator options. Maybe another value in TYPE column of SYSPACKAGE, or make use of the one of the “For IBM Use Only” columns.
