In the "intents" creation screen there could be a button on the line to click and with that, go to the creation of the dialog with that intent filled in.

It would already increase productivity.

And when switching between screens of intents, dialogs and others, make sure that one panel does not cover others.

Why not try to use a form like RAD IDEs?
