Provide consistent interaction model across WDP

Actions from the project list
In several places I've noticed that the cursor displays a hand indicating that a click (or double-click) would trigger an action. However this is not always the case. For example, go to the "projects" page: (1) hover over a project name => clicking on it opens another page (2) hover over a ROLE (e.g "admin) and click => nothing happens (3) hover over a collaborator and click => nothing happens ... The UI display behavior should be predictable to avoid confusion. I don't know if this is actually a bug (e.g. whenever the hand cursor is displayed an action should be triggered) or just inconsistent display.

Wording
Two examples in the projects view: (1) Under "data assets" the message reads "you currently have no Data Assets". Under "Bookmarks" the message reads "you currently have 0 bookmarks". Since both messages convey the same information they should be worded the same.

Modals/sliders/panels
The "+ add notebooks" link opens a new dialog page. The "+ add data assets" link opens a side panel. The "+ explore community" link opens a new page. Other DSX pages that display "+ XXX" e.d. "+ Add collaborators" open a modal dialog window. As a user I would expect consistent behavior.

Dialog layout
I've noticed inconsistencies in the dialog layouts. For example, in the "Create Notebook" dialog the "Cancel" and "Create Notebook" buttons are on the right hand side, whereas the "New project" dialog the "Create" and "Cancel" buttons are on the left hand side. The actions "cancel" and "doSomething" should also be always in the same order. The button labels should also be consistent: either use "Create" or "Create X".
