DSX: Allow for import of multiple notebooks into a project at once

We recently hosted a DSX-based hackathon for 8 teams. In preparation for the hackathon we created 4 notebooks that each team had to import into their project. DSX should provide the ability to import multiple notebooks at once to avoid having to go through the same steps over and over and over again.

    I agree that this would be a useful feature -- we allow for bulk upload of Data Assets already. I think this issue could also be tied more broadly to programmatic control of projects / starting a project with a predefined collection of data & resources / and scripting project creation for the Enterprise.
