Add SID to audit log

Audit logs should have session ID for two main reasons:

- Currently there is no way to correlate different entries or operations of the same session. We have PID, but for Java applications this is not presented.
- In certain situations it can be useful to cross reference audit log information with other traces of activity (like logical logs) and these usually contain SID

This and other changes can force an audit log format change. It may have some impact on the customers if they use scripts to process the information. But in generally I think changing those scripts would be relatively easy.
It could be considered to implement some sort of "format version" as an $ONCONFIG variable that would allow a customer to force a previous format if the compatibility with previous versions really need to be maintained
A trickier solution could be to move the PID to the STSN additional information and use the current column (PID) to store the SID
