change the bufferpool size online

when I add the new dbspace, the page size is 16 k; Informix add a default bufferpool , I forget to create the bufferpool using onparams firstly, later I found it's too small, can't meet the performance requirement, I found I have no method to change it online. if I change onconfig, it need to recycle instance, customer can't accept.

    You can fix this by changUing the default bufferpool entry in the ONCONFIG file to create new buffer pools as dynamic:

    BUFFERPOOL default,buffers=10000,lrus=16,lru_min_dirty=1,lru_max_dirty=2,extendable=1,max_extends=10,next_buffers=10000,cache_hit_ratio=90

    This will set the automatic new bufferpool creation dynamic adding <next_buffers> up to <max_extents> times whenever the read cache hit ratio is less than <cache_hit_ratio>.
