Informix auditing (onaudit) should be able to record feprogram with the "start session" event

In 11.70 (or earlier) IBM enhanced the client tools and server so that a string for the "front end program" is sent to the server. This can be seen in the syssessions table if a compatible Client SDK or IConnect is used.

It would be very useful for us if it was possible to record this along with the "start session" event. It would allow us to associate programs with users and check that real users are not using application accounts.

We understand that the feprogram value can be spoofed or manipulated but with sufficient security in other parts of our stack (application servers, networks, firewalls) we can make this abuse difficult in our environment.
