UPDATE STATISTICS misleading message with AUTO_STAT_MODE active

After running Update Statistics Medium/High for Table XY, the constr_time in sysdistrib is not updated reliably.
Turned out that this is because AUTO_STAT_MODE is active and statistics are only updated when determined by the engine this is necessary.
As a side note, we observed that even when statistics are not updated, the message 'Statistics updated' is returned, which is misleading. A correct message with a hint to the FORCE option would be great.

The problem with returning something like "Statistics not updates" is that in a multi-table run some tables will qualify for updated distributions while others will not pass the date or IO thresholds to automatically force new distributions for those tables. It would only be helpful if one always updates single tables in each command.
