Get database transaction info on dbaccess

Onmonitor has disappeared on 12.10. dbaccess → Database → Info should have a method to retrieve the transaction level of a database (Buffered, Unbuffered, Ansi, None)

    For now you can use my listdb7 utility's -D option:

    $ listdb7 -D 
    There are currently 12 databases available:
