Implement UUID keyword/function

Implement UUID keyword and function and allow to use it in:

1. SELECT operations

2. As default value when creating a new table

3. Inside an SPL procedure/function

Security is a must. Using serials or any other autoincrease numbers as identifiers is something forbbiden in some industries like pharmaceuticals, healthcare, etc.  We need an UUID that is something like a serial value but without any predictable value.UUID is a well known standard method to get individual random ids for rows.
