Backup on RSS - option to allow with raw tables.

The new 14.10.FC6 feature to be able to run backups on an RSS node would be useful to reduce load on the Primary.

We would like an onconfig parameter to allow backups on the RSS even when there are raw tables.

We would expect the raw tables to have inconsistent data if we failed over to the RSS node and a restore would be no different.

E.g. If data in raw tables is temporary and only used by jobs which drop and recreate the raw tables when they start anyway.

I think this is not possible as RAW Tables are not logged so, no "traveling" to HDR Secondary or RSS
