NEWS FLASH - the website now shows that 12.10.FC15 is certified on RHEL 8. This should be marked as completed.
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/informix-server-system-requirements We need to stay with Informix 12 so that our compiled 4GL will continue to work, but we would like to upgrade to RHEL8. Others have done this and it works for them, but my company has to get confirmation that this will be a supported combination for compliance reasons.
RHEL7 goes out of extended support June 2026
Informix 12.10 goes out of extended support (about) Sept 2027

RHEL7 goes out of extended support June 2026. Informix 12.10 goes out of extended support (about) Sept 2027. If 12.10 could be certified it would give 15 more months of extended support dollars to IBM.
