SELinux policies for Informix on RHEL version 7 and upwards

At startup the Informix database spawns a number of processes, that run as unconfined SeLinux processes. From the permission perspective, some of these processes run as informix user (example: cpu and encrypt vps) whilst others run as root user (lio, pio, aio, misc, fifo, str, soc and ssl vps).

This RFE is provide an SELinux policy for the Informix database engine.

Also, you can read my IIUG Posts about SELinux Informix Implementation:

It's not perfect, and chunk files are not "protected" by SELinux, but it can be a start for implementation.
