Informix Purescale

Add DB2 Purescale to Informix.

This would allow high speed replication via Roce.

    I do t know anything about Purescale, but support for RoCE or similar would probably be a big win for us. Our biggest bottleneck right now, as a HDR near-sync environment, is HDR network round trip time. ( Network is otherwise fast, low latency) We know exactly how much it hurts us because we turn it off sometimes in non prod - and it's a 2X, to 3X boost, so anything we can do there is going to help
