Add onmode -F <type> to free only certain memory e.g. vpcache.

When having e.g. excessive vpcache usage we need to free the memory and associated shared memory segments for just the vpcache. Our use case was smx buffers to it would be even better to be able to just free the 'free' smx buffers.
Trying to free all server memory has been known to cause server crashes. It would be better to be able to just free certain classes of memory e.g. free smx buffers inside the vp cache.

onstat -F vpcache smx-buffers

Specifically for the vpcache match this with to show different types of memory usage within the vpcache. That could show the memory type and the same 'name'/'type' field could be passed here to free just that part of memory with less risk of server crashes.
