Please remove the error -21569 when accessing via the SQL Admin API

If you use a dbaccess or other client of a version older than 15.0.0.0 with the SQL Admin API to retrieve information from large tables, you get the error message -21569 'this client cannot create or open tables that use large rowids'.
For example, the requests 'print partition' or 'check partition', but of course all requests are meant.
As the client in this case only receives the hit list of a function call and does not do anything with the table itself, it is not necessary to restrict these functions.
An API is there precisely to avoid compatibility problems and to ensure uniform access.
Please create access for all clients here.
