Allow defining rolling container windows defined on user defined calendars

Currently time series rolling window containers can only be defined to use a predetermined set of calendars to define the number of time points included in each window. Those are: day, week, month, and year. There is a need for more flexibility. The customer identified in the customer tracking is required to retain 45 days of active data for a time series that has a single entry per day. None of the existing calendars apply. If day is used only a single time point resides on each page in a window. This is wasteful. Using week requires wasting more than 50% of storage. Using month would require retaining 120 days of data (two full months plus one building of active data and one dormant) which will waste more storage and slow performance. The ability to create a calendar for 15 days of data would be ideal allowing the retention of less than 75 days of data with little waste per page.
