Custom-SQL MITI Bridges should report which scripts fail

When importing metadata with OpenIGC Custom-SQL bridges, like the PL/SQL and BTEQ ones, a directory with many scripts is specified in the parameters.

If one script from that directory fails, no warning message is shown in the output, we just get "Import complete".

The import should return a warning in the console output (the output of the import command) specifying which of the scripts failed to import during the import process.

there are no plans to extend 'MITI Bridges' capabilities. Instead we are recommending using metadata import.

    Best regards,
