Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The product management team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.
Usage Information Section is missing for asset XML Schema Definitions from assets dossier view in IGC
Hi, There is request from business to create the associations for assets under ‘XML Schema Definition' Hierarchy in IGC but looks like IGC is not supporting any association for this asset type. Problem Statement: Usage Information Section is missing for asset XML Schema Definitions from assets dossier view in IGC. Description: - There's a feature to discover the XSD in IGC using XSD Bridge in IMAM. - Users are trying to create associations on the discovered asset in IGC, below are the options tried: - Open IGC: lineage XML is failing during post with error: “xml_schema_library” is not valid - Extension Mapping Document: there is no option to select any asset under XML Schema Definition as either source or target. - Another observation here is – there is no section to display the Usage Information (please refer PMR #TS002026593 for the screen-prints).
