Support Gateway access to Salesforce from DataStage

Currently we are using DataPower as gateway between DataStage and Salesforce, but we have issue reported on the SR. It is considered that issue is related with response message rewriting so we want solution without rewriting the message.
Our expected change is as below.
- Rewrite host name/port to gateway's one for target URL for subsequent request after login. JR54851 is not enough as it uses whole gateway URL. For example, if the target URL is https://cs5.salesforce.com/services/async/32.0/job/750O00000020aJRIAY, it is expected to changed to https://gateway.aig.com:9080/services/async/32.0/job/750O00000020aJRIAY when gateway address is gateway.aig.com:9080.
- Pass salesforce host name as request header (or other possible way) in subsequent request. Gateway cannot idenfity the host because it is passed in response message for login request dynamically.
