Datastage 11.7.1 Snowflake Connector Upgrades Required

We have being trialling the Snowflake Connector and there's some functionality that has not yet been implemented into Snowflake Connector which greatly impacts it's performance.

1. The use TWT's - The lack of this functionality limits performance of Update/Delete modes within the connector (Snowflake quite literally processes them sequentially!)
2. There's no KEY_COLUMNS attribute within the Snowflake connector. This means we will have to rewrite jobs to no longer use generic jobs. This functionality that was previously possible with the Netezza Connector by passing in a #pKEY_COLUMNS# parameter.

Lack of temporary tables is a serious impediment in adopting DataStage Snowflake connecor as a mainstream solution. We are considering Python or Alooma instead of DataStage.
