All the items referenced in this Aha Idea were implemented, and are now available in Cloud pak for Data 3.5.
Those will also be part of the future Information Server release.

We recently made some enhancements on the BigQuery connector (JR62402: BIGQUERY CONNECTOR TO SUPPORT UPDATE, DELETE AND UPSERT OPERATIONS). It is available as a patch on top of 11.7.1FP1 and will be part of the next release of Information Server. We are also planning to work on the additional items mentioned in this Aha!Idea, and will communicate to you when we have more details on the timeline of those.
