NodeAgent process suspends CATALOG DCS DATABASE in DB2 CLI

Product: InfoSphere DataStage 11.5

OS: Linux

Middleware: DB2 V11.1

When the customer tried to create catalogs with CATALOG DCS DATABASE in DB2 CLI. the command froze. After investigation, the process of NodeAgent causeed the freeze.

As a work-around,  they stop NodeAgent when they create catalogs. and restart NodeAgent after creation.

Currently, they understand this is not a bug but they ask us to improve this behavior in future.

This is reported in TS002845393.
