Add easier support for Parquet/Orc to Datastage 11.7

Currently, in order to enable support for Parquet/Orc formats, customers must download 23 jar files with little to no direction on where to get them, then create 2 classpaths manually in environments.

The well-intentioned current instructions to do this are documented fairly poorly:

- The page has several errors in filenames, leading to confusion as to the actual file names to download. I had to contact IBM support to clarify two of the files.

- Anything that would be useful to copy/paste, like the CLASSPATH entries, are attached to the instructions as images.

- The same concepts are repeated several times in different wording and some very important steps are located in the notes, and not up in the instructions.

This enhancement is now available through a Patch on top of Information Server 11.7.1.1. It will be part of the next Information server release.
