Teradate connector did not record the events by END TRANSACTION

Teradate connector did not record the events by END TRANSACTION in a job log.

In normal cases, job log shows events as follows
(1) BEGIN TRANSACTION
(2) SQL STATEMENT (insert ..., for example)
(3) The count of processing records is NNNNN
(4) END TRANSACTION
(5) Job completes

In the problematic case that happened only once
(1) BEGIN TRANSACTION
(5) Job completes

Job log did not show (2)(3)(4). As the result, we could not find how many records were processed due to missing of (3). The log of Teradata showed that SQL statement executed successfully.

It means that Tetadata connetor did not record events from Teradata server although the real events worked well.

Please improve the stability of Teradata connector not to reproduce this issue again in next release.

Thank you for submitting this idea. Unfortunately, without additional information (product version, steps to reproduce this issue), there is not much we can do there.

This type of problems should be reported to the IBM Client team, as it requires more analysis https://www.ibm.com/support/home/
