Support KMS keys on Google Cloud Storage.

DataStage jobs that write to a GCS bucket, using the GCS connector, get error that includes " is encrypted with a Cloud KMS key, which is not supported."

    Without additional feedback on this feature request, we unfortunately cannot proceed. We'll keep in in our backlog, and you can still answer to the below question if you're still interested in this feature.

    In the meantime, could you please provide more details on the type of encryption you're using? are you expecting datastage connector to support
