Request for New DataStage Project Role -- DataStage Monitor

Request for a New DataStage Project Role -- "DataStage Monitor".

Currently the existing 4 DataStage Project Roles does not cover all the user case criteria that our Team has. GIS Compliance and Internal Bank Policies mandate that DataStage Developers should never have Write & Execute Access but only READ Access to PROD DataStage Projects through Designer and Director Clients for support purposes when required.

DataStage Super Operator currently provides a READ only access to Designer but the ability for users to run jobs still exist.

DataStage Operator currently provides only Director Client Access but the ability to run jobs still exist. We have tried enabling the OperatorLite and tested it but not having Designer Access to look at the design when troubleshooting makes it extremely hard and not efficient.

Hence the need for "DataStage Monitor" Role to provide access to a READONLY version of Job in Designer along with providing the ability to look at Job Logs from Director Client BUT DISABLING RUN & RESET Options. This would allow us to comply with internal policies while still allowing a very restricted access for Developers in PROD Environments.
