Snowflake connector - Insert new rows only

The current Snowflake connector does not support inserting only new rows using a merge statement if there are only key columns and no attributes. For example, if you want to have every possible unique combination of 2 columns, there is currently no way to have the connector generate a syntactically correct merge statement. The merge expects attributes and generates a "WHEN MATCHED THEN SET" with no attributes. There needs to be an "insert new rows only" option which does not generate the "WHEN MATCHED THEN ..." part of the merge. Currently this can only be done by reading all the current table, doing a full change capture and row by row insert (which is really bad for performance).
