Enabling parallel execution with Redshift Connector
Currently the Datastage Redshift connector supports only a sequential execution and does not support parallel execution, which for moving large objects is not very efficient as it doesn't take advantage of the native parallel unload and copy capability that Redshift has by default, its seems to have PARALLEL set to OFF, which unloads to a single file instead, and hence there is a performance degradation on unloading to s3 and copying from s3
