Ability to add a "filter expression" to a ServiceNow configuration in MettleCI Workbench

MettleCI Workbench uses ServiceNow's GET /now/table/{tableName} endpoint (and similarly for other WIM systems) to search for issues. The actual REST call performed is generated based on the ServiceNow IssueManagement configuration and search terms entered into the Work Item selection box during Workbench check-in. Workbench makes no assumptions about the content of tables or the meaning of fields, instead it translates user entered search terms into a simple "123TEXTQUERY321=?" query when calling ServiceNow via the REST API. While this affords ServiceNow customers a great deal of flexibility when configuring MettleCI Workbench, it does prevent DM development from simply adding default search criteria which assumes a specific table structure such as a proposed "active" field. For example, Custom Tables are used by some customers and don't necessarily have an active field nor can we assume that it would be used in the same way.
