ODBC, OCI and DRS connectors are failing if the source table column length are not matched with defined column length in the connector

In old OCI, DRS and ODBC, the stage won't check the column length of the database table and what we defined in the stage, and it won't give any warning about column mismatch and won't truncate the data if the given length is smaller than the database table column length and it never fails the jobs. Since it doesn't throw any warnings or error, we never identified and noticed that it is an issue and jobs were designed using those stages and we have more than 10k jobs in our environment.

Now we are working on migration from 11.3.x to 11.7.x and old deprecated stages like OCI and DRS are no longer used in this new version, and we must convert these stages into connector using connector migration tool, after converting these stages into connector, its starting checking for the column length and getting failed by throwing warning.

It's really hard to open and check the column length defined in the jobs and matching the column length of the source database table for all the 10k jobs. If there is any patch to overcome the issue and make the connector to skip column length check as same as old OCI, DRS and ODBC stages will be helpful for us.
